HRCU condoles with the family, Parliament of Uganda, Government and the general public for the passing of Hon. Jacob L'Okori Oulanyah who was the Speaker of the 11 th Parliament at the time of his death. He will be remembered as a prominent human rights defender who vastly contributed to the protection and promotion of human rights.
