It is good that we completed the past week despite the challenges that were met.  On Tuesday 14 th September 2021, news was spread or received of the death of Ms. Juiet Ebil , a focal and vocal human rights defender in Lira district/Lango sub region. She was working as Team Leader/Programme Manager at the Lira based Facilitation for Peace and Development ( FAPAD )  https://fapaduganda.org/team/ebil-juliet/ .  Juliet will be remembered as a resilient  human rights defender  who loved working with everyone and who prioritized the promotion of democracy, good governance and human rights promotion, protection and realization for all.
